A Diverse Background with a Purpose
Madame E is a multidisciplinary professional with a strong foundation in finance, law, energy policy, and risk management. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, specializing in Global Energy Management and Risk, from the University of Houston. Currently, She is pursuing a Master of Jurisprudence in Environmental & Energy Law, Risk Management Law, Patent Law, and Healthcare Law at Texas A&M University, School of Law.
Her career spans legal advising, compliance, risk management, and energy policy, with hands-on experience in projects for NASA, the Mayor’s Office, and various U.S. government agencies. Additionally, She has earned a certification in Safety Standards from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), reinforcing her expertise in nuclear energy regulations and risk mitigation.
Founder of Mu’id Mecca Medical
Inspired by her journey as a mother of a cleft child, Madame E founded Mu’id Mecca Medical, a company dedicated to developing a non-adhesive medical headwear device for babies with cleft conditions. This innovation provides a gentle and effective alternative to traditional, uncomfortable taping methods, offering families a more compassionate solution.
Advocate for Global Healthcare & Innovation
Madame E is deeply committed to bridging healthcare gaps and advocating for cleft-affected children worldwide. To further this mission, She launched The Faisal Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to providing medical scholarships for cleft babies globally. Through this initiative, her foundation is working to ensure that every child—regardless of background—has access to life-changing medical care.

Madame E served as Lead Presenter for a joint initiative between Evolve Houston and the University of Houston, delivering strategic insights on EV adoption and infrastructure planning in Greater Houston. In recognition of her leadership and expertise, she was invited to serve as a Mentor for the next cohort, reflecting her continued commitment to advancing talent in energy, mobility, and urban development.
